This position will provide service to Commercial Lines Account Managers for an Independent Insurance Agency in Lombard, IL

Job details:

· Order Loss Runs from carriers and/or pull for carrier websites

· (Master) Create/Issue Certificates of Insurance

· (Holder) Create/Issue Certificates of Insurance

· Issue L&P Bonds thru carrier

· Process/Follow-up Claim Information

· Request/Follow Up/Process policy changes (Endorsements)

· Process Audits

· (Create/Renew) Auto ID Cards

· Process Renewals

· Notices of Cancellation

Input/maintain data on Applied Systems/TAM management system.

Ideal qualifications:
2 years prior experience in an Independent Insurance Agency preferred.

Experience in with Applied Systems/TAM preferred.

Works well independently and also has ability to function well on a team.

Attention to detail.

Great organizational skills.

Positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Capability to work quickly and efficiently.

Strong data entry skills.

Current insurance license: Property & Casualty required.
